Roland & Roland requires that all balances be paid in full in net 30 days.  Overdue balances of 30+ days will accrue a two percent monthly service charge, based on a 24 percent APR.

Customers having checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30 charge per check.  Roland & Roland also reserves the right to turn away any customer based upon past negative credit and payment records.

• A shipping and handling charge is automatically charged per each delivery.
• UPS shipments at a customer’s request will bear appropriate freight and carton charges.
• Some accounts are also on a minimum order status for delivery, due to the size and/or location of the client’s branch.

While Roland & Roland stands behind its products and guarantees that all its products are delivered in impeccable condition and free from default, Roland & Roland cannot issue returns without written authorization.

All returns are also subject to a damage inspection and a 20 percent restocking charge if the return is related to any other reason than Roland & Roland’s safe delivery of quality products, which are free from defects.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discontinued or special order items or for any items after 30 days from the original date of invoice.

Likewise, Roland & Roland cannot accept scratched or damaged laminate after 48 hours from the delivery time.  Finally, cut sizes of laminate are not returnable, and peel coated items should be inspected prior to lamination.
